Change to After-hours
Effective June 1, 2023: Tenants will be charged for After-hours calls deemed to be non-emergency, at a rate of $75.00 per hour, per call.
Following are examples of Emergency Maintenance Repairs:

Electrical problems, such as sparking from receptacles

Furnace problems, such as not running or the pilot light is out

Plumbing problems, such as broken or frozen water pipes or hot water tank is leaking

Sewer problems, such as backup coming from floor drain in basement

Active flooding in basement
-
Leaking roof where the interior structure is exposed to the elements

Fridge or stove not working (first check your Tenant Handbook for troubleshooting suggestions)

Front and/or back door is damaged and cannot be properly locked **

Break-in, if suspected, call the Police and have them check unit if anyone is still inside and provide our office with an occurrence number and report any damages

Broken windows, call the Police if applicable, obtain an occurrence number and call our office to secure and prevent exposure to weather

Locked out – ONLY the principal leaseholder(s) can call and this is a service which will be charged back to your account (TCB)
-
FIRE – get everyone out safely and call 911 / Fire Department and inform your neighbours, especially if you live in a duplex or apartment
